Competing effectively Oct 27, 2005?Catch up with the experience of Small Island States in Productivity and Networking to enhance enterprise Competitive Capability? Competing effectively
Competing with greater effectiveness in an open and liberalised market requires
you to link your productivity to your profitability. Each individual enterprise
needs to have an economic productivity dashboard that indicates the impact of
each input cost on overall profitability. The productivity dashboard provides
early warning signals that should prompt corrective actions at enterprise level.
Areas that cannot be addressed cost-effectively by individual enterprises must
be tackled through networking. Network brokerage enables individual enterprises
with specific needs to connect with others and address strategic areas for mutual
benefit. Competencies in network brokerage are required to enable enterprises
to form strategic alliances and partnerships that enhance competitiveness.
NPCC is organising a seminar on Enhancing the competitive capability of enterprises
