Course Title: Lean Management through Kaizen

This training program will teach participants how to change the focus of management from optimizing separate technologies, assets, and vertical departments to optimizing the flow of products and services through entire value streams that flow horizontally across technologies, assets, and departments to customers.
The purpose of this course is to develop skills for implementing Lean Management at the workplace with particular emphasis on good housekeeping (5S) and MUDA/waste elimination.
